摘要

本文结合临床医学工程师的概念和国内外发展概况,阐述了我国临床医学工程师知识结构、职能任务和准入制度存在的不足,提出了新形势下临床医学工程师的职能与任务不应仅仅局限于磁共振成像设备(MagneticResonanceImaging,MRI)的 维修维护,而应贯穿于MRI设备从引进前到进入医院,以及其后的整个全生命周期过程,包括引进前的选型论证、评估、规划到安装,引进后的安装验收、设备管理和维护、故障应急维修和预防性维护、外修服务的监管、设备的应用安全以及风险控制、质量 控制和质量管理、计量以及不良事件的监测、新技术的临床应用、参与及指导科学研究、培训操作人员安全使用MR设备及报 废鉴定等,贯穿于MRI设备全生命周期。 控制和质量管理、计量以及不良事件的监测、新技术的临床应用、参与及指导科学研究、培训操作人员安全使用MR设备及报 废鉴定等,贯穿于MRI设备全生命周期。

Abstract

Based on the concept of clinical medical engineer and the general development situation at home and abroad, this paper expounds the deficiency of clinical medical engineer in knowledge structure, functional tasks and industry admittance system in China In addition, it is proposed that the duty and tasks of clinical medical engineer in the new situation should not be limited to the maintenance of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), but should run through the whole life cycle of MRI equipment from the introduction to the hospital and afterwards, which including evaluation of type selection, installation and acceptance of equipment, equipment management and maintenance, emergency maintenance and preventive maintenance, supervision of external repair service, safety and risk control of equipment application, quality control and quality management, measurement and adverse event monitoring, clinical application of new technologies, participation and guidance of scientific research, training operators on safe use of MRI equipment , scrap identification, etc.
