目的 通过对医用设备使用成本的分析，探索开展大型医用设备单机成本效益分析的有效方法。方法 利用医院分诊 叫号系统，建立收费和检查设备之间的一一对应关系，使用定制的软件对医院现有的医学影像信息系统、医院信息系统、 企业资源计划系统等信息平台的检查设备相关数据进行挖掘。结果 本研究实现检查设备收入和支出数据获取，进而完成大 型医用设备的单机成本效益分析。结论 单机成本效益分析受到信息系统不完善的限制，目前只能开展部分大型医用设备分 析，需要随着医院信息化进程不断推进，而不断增加。

Objective To find out a effective method of cost-benefit analysis of single large medical device through analyzing the use cost of medical device in hospital. Methods Relying on hospital queuing system, the one-to-one correspondence relation between outpatient fee and inspection equipment was set up. And the customized software was used to excavate the relevant data of medical image information system, hospital information system, enterprise resource planning system and other information platforms. Results In this study, the income and expenditure data of the equipment were checked, and the cost benefit analysis of the single machine of large medical equipment was completed. Conclusion The cost benefit analysis of single machine is limited by imperfect information system. At present, only some large-scale medical equipment analysis can be carried out, which needs to be continuously promoted with the progress of hospital informatization.
