Abstract:It is often necessary to design a function to keep balance of fluid volume in some medical instruments and equipment
design. In order to reduce the equilibrium result error caused by the change in the physical and chemical properties of the mixed
liquid, we studied the fluid volume balance control technology through the change rule of the liquid dimension and mass in the
process of transmission. The experiment equipment was used to assemble a verification platform to design, test and record the
experiment data according to the requirements of capacity balance model and the mass balance model. These data were calculated
and analyzed, physical factors affecting fluid volume balance and influence error were determined. For mixed liquid concentration
(density), temperature, pressure difference and the precision level of measuring instruments were the source of the total fluid volume
balance error. It is not accurate and not reliable for relying only on the parameters monitoring to determine the liquid volume
equilibrium characteristics. To further improve the level of the design of the fluid volume balance technology, achieving mixed fluid
dimension and mass of common balance mechanism, the multipoint multi-parameter monitor and precision control and process are
necessary.
