皮肤麻醉广泛应用于皮肤美容或针刺,针对目前药物麻醉受限制,半导体制冷低温麻醉制冷效率低,且制冷温度
难以达到低温要求的不足,本文研制了一种基于压缩式制冷的载冷液循环型皮肤低温麻醉机,该装置可使冷却头温度降
至-10℃以下;测试了冷却头温度分别为2℃、0℃、-2℃、-4℃、-6℃时的麻醉效果,结果表明温度在-4℃~-6℃时,10~15 s
即可实现对皮肤的低温麻醉,并且效果显著;该装置用于皮肤低温麻醉具有安全、节能、快捷的优势,具有较高的应用推
广价值。
Abstract
Skin anesthesia is widely used in medical cosmetology or acupuncture, for the drug anesthesia is limited and inefficient
semiconductor refrigeration is difficult to meet requirements of low temperature. In the present study, a medium cycling skin
cooling machine based on compression refrigeration was developed, which could lower the cooling head temperature to -10℃. The
performance was tested separately when the cooling temperature was 2℃, 0℃, -2℃, -4℃ and -6℃. It showed that when the cooling
head temperature was -4℃ to -6℃, the skin could get anesthesia state within 10-15 s. The machine has advantages of security, energy
conservation and convenience, and is expected to be valuable for the further development and application.
