An important branch of medical image visualization, 3D reconstruction, has always played an important role in the field of
clinical medicine and has been a hotspot of computer science and technology field. Starting with three-dimensional images, doctors
can determine patient’s lesion morphology, status and location more accurately, thereby improving the accuracy of medical diagnostic
techniques. In this paper, the preprocessing and segmentation results of CT images were further studied. On the basis of segmentation
of organs of interest in two-dimensional abdominal slices, the method of Marching Cubes was proposed to reconstruct abdominal
organs and vertebrae, which could solve the conversion problem of two-dimensional sequence images to three-dimensional model.
Finally, this paper validated the effectiveness of this method on the three-dimensional reconstruction of abdominal organs through
experience.
