摘要

目的 加强医院感染的实时监控,减少医院感染工作人员的工作量。方法 本文构建了基于数据库技术和医院现有的 信息化系统的医院感染实时监控系统,并对各子功能模块的实现进行描述。结果 该系统成功与LIS、PACS等系统互联,能 够对医院的感染病例进行实时监控,实现准确收集、统计、分析和查询院感信息。结论 利用该系统能够做到对医院感染的 实时监控和管理,系统输出的数据为医护人员提供了科学的依据,同时大大缩减了人力、物力的投入。

Abstract

Objective To strengthen the prospective surveillance of hospital infection and reduce the workload of infection commissioners. Methods A nosocomial infection real-time monitoring system based on data base techniques and existing hospital information system was constructed, and each sub-modules was introduced in detail. Results This system successfully connected with LIS and PACS. By using it, information of the hospital infection was collected, added up, analyzed, and inquired accurately. Conclusion Real-time monitoring of hospital infection and management could be conducted by using the read time monitoring system. Data collected from the system could provide scientific basis for hospital staffs, which is helpful to reduce human and material resources.
