Research on Localization of Research Confocal Microscopy

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this paper is to compare the consistency between the imported patch and the homemade patch
in the diagnosis of skin diseases, to verify the substitutability of the imported patches and to reduce the cost of the patch. Methods
This study randomly collected 50 cases of dermatosis patients who had been clinically diagnosed. Under the same test conditions,
the skin of the same patient was detected with both imported and homemade patches. Then the test results were drew into a form
and the SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. Results In the diagnosis of vitiligo and psoriasis, the diagnosis results of
the two patches were in consistent with the clinical diagnosis (P>0.05). Conclusion Domestic patch can replace imported tiles. The
production of domestic patch is simple, the cost is reduced, and the material is easy to obtain, which are advantageous to realize the
localization of the reflectance confocal microscope equipment.
