我院加强对医用耗材供应商管理的探索

摘要我院通过采取制定供应商管理办法、考核评价项目、处罚方法及监控供应商业务往来行为等措施，加强对医用耗材供应商管理。提高了供应商服务能力及水平，达到医疗机构低风险使用耗材及享受供应商优质服务的目的。

Abstract：The hospital took multiple improvement measures to strengthen the management of medical consumable suppliers, including formulation of management methods, evaluation items and a series of penalties for medical consumable suppliers as well as monitoring of their business contacts. This practice improved the quality of suppliers’ serviceability so as to reduce the risks in using medical consumables and benefit from the quality service.
