通过对我院39个科室，400多台/套设备调研数据可知，在没有严格按照统一标准进行信息记录的情况下，存在错记、漏记等情况。本文通过对设备管理软件的不断完善，规范了设备管理者和使用者的记录，实现了对设备使用情况快速、准确的评估，为新设备申购起到了参考作用，同时最大程度避免设备的浪费，利于医院科学、有效、持续发展。

A research on more than four hundred sets of equipment was conducted in the hospital. The research data indicated the occurrence of errors and omissions when the information was not recorded strictly according to related standard. This paper expounded the continuous improvement of the equipment management software and standardization of data recording for equipment administrators and users so as to realize fast and accurate evaluation of the equipment. At the same time, it provided references for new equipment procurement plans and maximally avoided the waste of equipment, which was beneficial to the scientific, effective and sustainable development of the hospital.
