Abstract：Cerenkov luminescence (CL) is a luminescence phenomenon with spectral peaks located near blue-violet light, which has
been extensively studied in medical diagnosis and treatment since its discovery. Medical imaging technology based on Cerenkov
luminescence has the characteristics of remote, non-invasive and efficient, and is expected to become a reliable dose assessment
tool in clinical radiotherapy. On the basis of expounding the mechanism of CL phenomenon, this paper further reviews the related
technology in tumor radiotherapy, in order to provide more reference for the monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance of tumor
radiotherapy.
