Abstract:Objective To reduce error rate in the deployment of infusion solvent labeling at the pharmacy intravenous admixture
services (PIVAS), improve the efficiency of infusion solvent labeling and providing references for the intelligent automated
transformation and development of PIVAS. Methods This paper introduced the composition and main functions of the TQ-110
intelligent labeling system and compared the changes before and after applying the intelligent labeling system in the work flow,
number of personnel, working time and labeling errors. Results The application of the automatic labeling system enabled the
automatic transmission and intelligent classification processing of the medical order information of the PIVAS in the labeling link,
which realized the streamlined automatic operation of the labeling link, including the device automatically printing infusion labels,
automatically identifying the infusion solvent, automatically pasting the infusion label, and querying in real time. Compared with
the manual labeling mode before the system was used, the workflow after the system was reduced from 8 steps to 4 steps, the daily
labeling time was reduced from (2.66±0.14) h to (1.45±0.08) h, and the personnel occupied was reduced from 6 to 4. The error
rate of daily labeling decreased from 0.80‰±0.77‰ to 0.13‰±0.35‰, and the automatic data transmission and disposal of
PIVAS infusion labeling was upgraded. Conclusion The application of TQ-110 intelligent labeling system optimizes the process of
labeling, and achieves the goals of reducing working time, working intensity and working error, and promotes the automation and
informationization of PIVAS, promotes the construction and development of PIVAS.
