Abstract:Objective To design a home-style upper limb ischemia preconditioning training device for cerebral stroke rehabilitation
and stroke prevention, and analyze the stability of pressure control and measurement accuracy of the device. Methods Based on
the single-chip microcomputer, air pump, solenoid valve, cuff and other components, an electronically controlled cuff-type limb
pressurization blocking device was built as the armband machine. The ischemic preconditioning training management software
running on the Android platform was compiled, which could control the armband machine through Bluetooth to perform ischemic
training, measure blood pressure and heart rate, display and store the training data. Results The prototype of the principle of
household ischemic preconditioning training device was tested by pressure control stability, and the stability of pressure control was
good. Through the accuracy test of blood pressure and heart rate measurement, there was no significant statistical difference between
the device and Omron electronic sphygmomanometer (P>0.05), which was more accurate in measuring blood pressure and heart rate.
Conclusion This device can be used for rehabilitation treatment and stroke prevention training for cerebral stroke patients and those
at high risk of stroke, and it also provides a new idea for the development and design of household ischemic preconditioning training
instrument.
