Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical application value of digital breast tomosynthesis (DBT) combined with two-dimensional
image (V-preview). Methods The clinical data of 160 patients who underwent DBT and full field digital mammography (FFDM)
in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, including 80 patients with non dense breast glands
and 80 patients with dense breast glands. The diagnostic efficacy and radiation dose differences of DBT combined with V-preview
and DBT combined with FFDM were compared under different breast gland types. Results There was no significant difference in
sensitivity, specificity and accuracy between the two examination modes in patients with non dense breast (P>0.05), but there was
significant difference in radiation dose between the two examination modes in patients with non dense breast (P<0.001). In patients
with dense breast, there was no significant difference in sensitivity, specificity and accuracy (P>0.05), but there was significant
difference in radiation dose between the two examination modes (P<0.001). Conclusion In different breast gland types, DBT
combined with V-preview can achieve the same diagnostic efficacy as DBT combined with FFDM, and the radiation dose is lower.
DBT combined with V-preview can replace DBT combined with FFDM inspection mode.
