Study on Key Features of Magnetic Resonance Enterography in the Diagnosis of Crohn’s Disease

Abstract:Objective To extract the optimal phase images of coronary artery filling from the dynamic stress CT myocardial perfusion
imaging (CT-MPI) images for post-processing, compare them with conventional coronary CT angiography (CCTA), evaluate the
image quality and the diagnostic performance of blood vessels, and to explore whether dynamic CT-MPI image reconstruction
could be used to replace CCTA to reduce the use of additional contrast agents and radiation doses in patients. Methods A total
of 46 patients with suspected coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in our hospital were collected, and dynamic stress CTMPI
and CCTA were performed using Siemens third-generation Force dual-source CT. Dynamic stress CT-MPI adopted the thinslice
scanning method, selected the phase with the best coronary enhancement effect from the stress perfusion image, reconstructed
the coronary vessels, and compared it with the CCTA image to evaluate the image quality and diagnostic efficacy of images
compared to CCTA. Results After CT-MPI and CCTA were performed in 46 patients, the quality of coronary images extracted
from perfusion images was consistent with the results of conventional CCTA after stress. The areas under the receiver operating
characteristic curve of the left anterior descending artery, circumflex artery and right coronary artery were 0.828, 0.903 and
0.806, respectively. Conclusion The coronary images extracted by dynamic stress CT-MPI have the same diagnostic value as
conventional CCTA, and the radiation dose and contrast agent dose can be reduced by reducing the times of conventional CCTA scan.
