Abstract:Objective To explore the formulation of three-level quality control management methods for infant incubators, effectively
improve the normal operation rate of infant incubator and reduce the occurrence of adverse events. Methods To study and formulate
the three-level quality control management method of infant incubator “department self-inspection and regular inspection ,
maintenance and quality control test by engineers”, in which the regular quality control test includes six aspects, including instrument
appearance and work record, startup inspection, temperature, noise, electrical safety and alarm detection. Results Through the
three-level quality control management method of infant incubator, the quality of infant incubators had been effectively guaranteed.
The estimated marginal average value of failures rate decreased from 11.9% in 2018 to 4.1% in 2020. On the basis of ensuring the
validity of the test results, by simplifying the test contents and combining with the calculation method of range method, the quality
control test time was shorten from (200±20) min to (115±15) min (P<0.05). Conclusion The three-level quality control and detection
management method of infant incubator can effectively reduce the occurrence of equipment failure rate through the division of work
responsibilities丨 we can explore and improve the independent quality control detection method of infant incubator to improve the
quality control efficiency, so as to ensure the quality of clinical diagnosis and treatment of neonatal patients.
