Abstract:Objective To realize the informatization and high-quality management of medical equipment by designing a mobile
management system. Methods The management tool in mobile app was used to locate the equipment by scanning the twodimensional
code, and then perform mobile management from the perspectives of account, repairment, inspection and preventive
maintenance. Results All the important medical equipment in our hospital had been registered into the system, and the engineer in
charge actively participated in the application of the mobile management tool. In 2020, the mobile management tool was used by
full-time hemodialysis engineers, and the number of maintenance was 231 with an average maintenance day of 1.38 d丨 142 times
of inspection before the festival, with a completion rate of 100%丨 69 times of tests for important parameters, 138 times of tests for
electrical quality control, 142 times of maintenance were accomplished, with a completion rate of 100%. Conclusion The system
provides clarity for hospital equipment assets, improves the work efficiency and completion quality of engineers, and ensures the safe
use of medical technology, which represents the direction of medical technology development.
