Abstract:Objective To improve the current situation of cumbersome manual scrapping procedures and low efficiency by establishing
the online scrapping process of hospital fixed assets. Methods The system took Node.js as the server and MongoDB as the database,
established process node maintenance, personnel management and process approval modules combined with Dingtalk application. The
corresponding processes and processing efficiency of each node before and after the online process were compared. Results After the
system goes online, the equipment is time-consuming, time-consuming evaluation value and technology average time spent in the room
is less than before the system goes live, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The system has the advantages of
simple and convenient operation, standardized process, clear personnel responsibilities, and high work efficiency. It not only realizes the
fine management of asset obsolescence, but also ensures the fluency of process data and the accuracy of related data, so as to effectively
prevent the potential loss of state-owned assets.
