Abstract:Objective To explore the comprehensive evaluation indexes and scales of high-value medical consumables, so as to provide an effective objective evaluation tool for the research on the factors influencing the access management of high-value medical
consumables in domestic medical institutions. Methods The foreign experience of high-value consumables access management
was summarized through literature research, and the initial health technology assessment list was defined. After two times of
questionnaire surveys, reliability analysis and validity analysis were used to determine the assessment indicators and corresponding
weight. Results Factor analysis extracted two dimensions. The overall Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of the evaluation index and
scale was 0.909. The KMO value of factor analysis was 0.870, and the Sig value of Bartlett spherical test was 0. The results showed
that the weights of each index were similar. The highest weight value of “new product innovation supported by literature” was 0.1162,
and the lowest weight value of “whether to reduce consumption ratio” was 0.1024. Conclusion The indexes and scales for health
technology assessment has good reliability and validity, which can provide a supporting means for the access management of highvalue
medical consumables in modern hospitals.
