Abstract：The bank and medical card realized the connection between the information system of banks
and hospitals. With use of the specialized bank and medical card or an ordinary bank card, a package
of medical service solutions were provided for the hospital and patients in reliance on multi-channels
including the bank self-help terminal, online bank and telephone bank. This paper introduced the design
principle, network structures, function design and implementation of an out-patient bank and medical
card system in the hospital.
