Abstract:In order to strengthen the management of after-sales service of medical equipment, a lot of satisfaction surveys on after-sales service have been carried out in recent years. With the review of satisfaction surveys in Shanghai in the past 5 years, this paper discussed the organization form, evaluation content, evaluation object, respondents and regional settings of these surveys, and explored the development of evaluation methods for after-sales service .
