Abstract：This paper introduces the design and application processes of a repositor for hip joint which aims at reposition difficulty in total hip arthroplasty. With the application of the repositor that mainly consists of head section and hand shank section, the hip joint reposition of patients who is undergoing total hip arthroplasty can be conducted safely and quickly. Thus the repository will play an important role in the treatment of patients with dislocation of femoral head.
