Abstract:Objective To explore the color Doppler ultrasound features of oligohydramnios fetus’ hearts, brains and kidneys as well as evaluate its clinical value. Methods 120 fetuses in late pregnancy were divided into two groups, 60 oligohydramnios fetus were assigned to observation group and 60 normal fetuses were assigned to control group. Left ventricular myocardial performance indexe (Tei index) was calculated according to blood flow spectrum of mitral valve and aortic valve. Resistance index (RI) of middle cerebral artery and renal artery were measured through the analysis of blood flow spectrum. Results Tei index and renal artery RI of observation group were higher than those of control group, while middle cerebral artery RI of fetus of observation group was lower than that of control group, and the differences were both significant (P<0.05). And the differences of above data between fetus who suffered distress in observation group and fetus in control group are more obvious. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound which can clearly show the blood flow parameters change of oligohydramnios fetus’ heart, brain and kidneys plays an important role in guiding clinical intervention and improving quality of perinatal medicine.
