漏水测试是电子内窥镜重要却容易被忽略的保养检验工作。本文阐述了我院自行研制的内窥镜自动测漏器的研制过程。该测漏器主要由主控板、外接电源、增压气泵及配套管路组成，可以对内镜进行自动增压、计时，判断其是否漏气，实现了内镜测漏自动化，提高了内镜测漏率。实际应用证实其测漏结果与原厂测漏器的检测结果一致，具有较高的可靠性。

As one of the important maintenance inspections of electronic endoscope, leakage detection would be easily overlooked. This paper describes the development process of a self-developed automatic leakage detector for electronic endoscope. The detector which is mainly composed of the main control board, external power source, supercharging pump and suitable pipeline can automatically implement the supercharging and timekeeping of electronic endoscope and judge whether air leakage exists in the electronic endoscope. Thus the automatic leakage detection of electronic endoscope has been implemented and the leakage detection rate of electronic endoscope has been improved. The application results show that the detection results of the self-developed leakage detector are in line with those of the original factory leakage detector, which indicates that the self-developed leakage detector owns hign reliability.
