Abstract:X-ray generation system and image acquisition system are the two core components of computerized tomography (CT)
system. Firstly, this study explained the working principle of CT, then based on this principle, introduced two cases of fault of CT
X-ray generation system and image acquisition system, and analyzed the process of troubleshooting in detail. The first fault was
that CT cannot generate X-rays normally. The waveform analysis method was used to quickly find the fault location, which was
the high-pressure anomaly generated by the high pressure generator. After replacing the high-pressure generating parts, the fault
was solved. The second case was the fault of CT image acquisition system, which leaded to the occurrence of ring artifacts during
thoracoabdominal photography. Using the fault detection method for the signal path board, it was finally determined that the detector
was faulty. After replacing the detector, the fault was the fault is eliminated. The two cases of fault mentioned in this study are highly
representative, and the maintenance method mainly focuses on the quick locking of the fault location, which can provide reference
for the maintenance of CT equipment.
