目的 为提高疾病预防与康复医疗的数字化与智能化水平，满足用户需求，建立数字化疾病预防与康复区域平台。 方法 根据数字化疾病预防与康复区域平台架构，设计数字化疾病预防与康复区域平台功能服务器，完成平台的硬件设计； 在平台的软件设计中，利用层次分析法分析用户对数字化疾病预防与康复区域平台的需求，通过制定平台设计方案，完成 数字化疾病预防与康复区域平台的设计。结果 性能测试结果表明，与原有平台相比，数字化疾病预防与康复区域平台的响 应时间更短（4~9 s），链路占有率更高（88%~94%）。结论 本研究所设计平台具有实际应用价值，能够提升疾病预防与 康复管理的数字化水平。

Objective To improve the digital and intelligent level of disease prevention and rehabilitation, and meet the needs of users, a digital regional platform for disease prevention and rehabilitation is proposed. Methods According to the structure of the digital regional platform for disease prevention and rehabilitation, the functional server of the digital regional platform for disease prevention and rehabilitation was designed, and the hardware design of the platform was completed. In the software design of the platform, the analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze the user’s needs for the digital regional platform for disease prevention and rehabilitation, and the platform design scheme was formulated to complete the design of the digital regional platform for disease prevention and rehabilitation. Results The performance test results showed that compared with the original platforms, the response time of the digital regional platform for disease prevention and rehabilitation was shorter (4-9 s) and the link occupancy was higher (88%-94%). Conclusion The designed platform of this research has practical application value and can improve the digital level of disease prevention and rehabilitation management.
