摘要

目的 通过对GE 3.0T磁共振MR750W的3例故障进行分析、检修并总结,降低设备故障率。方法 通过分析我院GE 3.0T磁共振MR750W近年来发生的氦压机停机、RRX与RF Hub连接中断和氦压机流速过低故障产生原因,进行针对性预防 性维护。结果 通过快速、精准的故障判断,为设备维修节省了时间,保障病人的就诊需求,总结经验促进做好平时维护保 养工作。结论 磁共振系统庞大、精密、复杂,定期做好预防性维护保养,多注意观察设备运行状态,降低设备的故障率。

Abstract

Objective To reduce the equipment failure rate, three cases of GE 3.0T MR750W were analyzed, overhauled and summarized. Methods The causes of helium compressor shutdown, RRX and RF Hub interruption, and low helium compressor flow rate in GE3.0T magnetic resonance MR750W in our hospital in recent years were analyzed, and targeted preventive maintenance was performed. Results Because of the fast and accurate judgment of the fault, the maintenance time was saved, the patient's demand for medical treatment was guaranteed, and it could promote the maintenance work in peacetime. Conclusion The magnetic resonance imaging system is huge, precise and complex. It is necessary to pay attention to equipment operation state and preventive maintenance to reduce the failure rate of the equipment.
