Objective To reduce the equipment failure rate, three cases of GE 3.0T MR750W were analyzed, overhauled and
summarized. Methods The causes of helium compressor shutdown, RRX and RF Hub interruption, and low helium compressor flow
rate in GE3.0T magnetic resonance MR750W in our hospital in recent years were analyzed, and targeted preventive maintenance
was performed. Results Because of the fast and accurate judgment of the fault, the maintenance time was saved, the patient's
demand for medical treatment was guaranteed, and it could promote the maintenance work in peacetime. Conclusion The magnetic
resonance imaging system is huge, precise and complex. It is necessary to pay attention to equipment operation state and preventive
maintenance to reduce the failure rate of the equipment.
