Abstract:Objective To study the integrated prevention and control cloud platform for chronic noncommunicable diseases based on
big data and O2O, and to form a new patient-centered individualized chronic disease health management model, so as to realize the
interactive information service between doctors and patients. Methods The medical and health departments at all levels and residents
were connected through “Internet + Internet of things” and mobile medical technology. Then, the diagnosis and treatment information
of each medical and health unit in 8 cities of “Nanjing metropolitan area” with the regional integration of “Ning Zhen Yang” as the
core will be integrated together. The electronic files of residents were recorded throughout their life, and the ontological knowledge
base of chronic diseases with regional characteristics was constructed for consultation, so as to provide intelligent suggestions
for reminder intervention and intelligent recommendation for interactive learning. Results The effect of remote monitoring and
protective treatment on the health status of patients with chronic diseases was achieved. Conclusion The comprehensive prevention
and control cloud platform for chronic non-communicable diseases has improved the long-term management system for chronic
disease prevention and management, and created data research value for the development of chronic disease disciplines and precision
medical research.
