目的 设计一套通用化医疗图像采集系统，适用于医院内多种医疗图像采集工作站。方法 使用SQL Server建立系统 后台数据库，并使用Visual Basic.NET（VB.NET）设计系统前台软件，实现各工作站相似的常规操作流程，并加入联机功 能。结果 本系统能提升医护人员对医疗图像采集工作站的使用效率，并实现多种医疗图文报告格式的规范化和信息共享 化。结论 医疗图文信息的规范化是将多种医疗图像采集系统接入PACS的基础，这是本系统下一步发展的方向。

Objective In order to apply to various hospital medical image acquisition workstations, a set of universal medical image acquisition system was designed. Methods The system which could realize the same routine operating procedures and add the online function was designed by using SQL Server to create the system background database, and Visual Basic.NET (abbreviated as VB.NET) was used to design the system foreground software. Results This system could improve the utilization efficiency of the medical image acquisition workstations for the medical staff, and realize the standardization and information sharing of the various image-text report formats. Conclusion The standardization of medical image-text informations is the basis for connecting to the PACS, which is the next step of the development of this system.
