以往的质控信息发布方式，不仅要耗费大量的纸张，而且信息的时效性、安全性、方便性也得不到保证。为了改变 这一现状，我院依靠信息化手段，实现质控信息从OA平台发布（包括移动OA平台），使各个科室可以随时随地查看质控 信息，质控信息的查看和反馈频率得到提高，医院对各科室质量控制、监管也得到进一步加强。由此可见，信息化的手段 可以给医院质量管理提供有力的支持。

The former distribution ways of quality control information not only cost a lot of paper, but the timeliness, security and convenience of information are also not guaranteed. In order to change that, the author’s hospital utilized information-based means to actualize the release of information from OA platform (including OA mobile platform), therefore, every department in hospital could view the quality control information anytime and anywhere. Hence, the frequency of checking and feedback of quality control information was improved. Meanwhile, the quality control and supervision over different department were enhanced. Therefore, the information-based means provide strong support for hospital quality management.
