Abstract:Objective Design a kind of centralized control system for fumigation bed. Methods The delta programmable logic
controller(PLC)is used as the core of the control system. Many functions such as voice broadcast, over-temperature protection, dry
heating protection are centrally controlled by the PLC. The PID adjusting algorithm and the PWM pulse width modulation technology
are used to control the fumigation temperature accurately. The information interaction between the operator and the PLC are realized
by the human-computer interface. Results The protective ground impedance of this prototype was <0.1Ω. The temperature deviation
was <±1℃. The temperature rising time was <20 min. The over-temperature protection temperature deviation was <±2℃. The
noise was < 51dB. The single operation time was saved 2 min 47 s. Conclusion The design is safe and reliable. Its performance is
stable. The degree of intelligence is high, which can improve the working efficiency of operators.
