Abstract:Objective In view of the shortcomings of the current magnetic anchor traction apparatus, such as too small cross section
of the magnet, insufficient pulling force and too high height, we are proposing a design scheme of the umbelliform magnetic
anchor traction exposure apparatus for LESS surgery. Methods The umbelliform magnetic anchor traction exposure apparatus
was composed of umbrella cap, umbrella bone and tissue clip, and the three umbrella bones were connected with the umbrella cap
by movable rotating shaft to realize the transformation between placement state (folded state) and working state (stretched state).
Results Under the condition of placement, the umbelliform magnetic anchor tension exposure device could enter the abdominal
cavity through a 10 mm trocar. Under the working condition, the bottom area reaches 828.5 mm2, which increased the anchoring force
and pulling force, and the height reduced to 4 mm, which could be used in a narrow space tissues. Conclusion The umbelliform
magnetic anchor traction exposure apparatus can solve the contradiction between the internal magnet volume and magnetic force and
realize the unification of small volume and large magnetic force.
