Abstract:Objective To reduce the occurrence of adverse events of the infant incubator, we designed a multi-parameter (temperature,
humidity, and CO2 concentration) central monitoring system for infant incubator in this study. Methods The infant incubators
of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in our hospital were selected as the research object. The microcontroller MSP430F149
was used to display the data collected by the sensor and alarm in real time, and make use of radio frequency technology
nRF905 to transfer data to the central station, store and analyze data, realize the centralized monitoring and management. Results
After the clinical test, the system can effectively monitor the environment in the incubator, reduce the occurrence of adverse events,
improve the safety of infant incubator, and reduce staff workload at the same time. Conclusion The implementation of this
system will be of great significance to the clinical application and safety monitoring of infant incubator, and will have
good promotion value and application significance in the medical field.
