Abstract:SPECT/CT (Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography) is a hybrid molecular imaging device integrated the functional specificity of SPECT with anatomic specificity of CT, which can be used to facilitate the understanding of physiology, pathology and diagnostic information of the disease and provide objective foundations for its localization and qualitative diagnosis. This paper made an introduction of the advantages of application of SPECT/CT fusion imaging in diagnosis of malignant tumor bone metastasis, primary bone tumor and benign bone diseases, pointing out that SEPCT/CT fusion imaging might have wide application prospects in diagnosis and treatment of tumors and non-oncological diseases.
