Abstract：Objective Depending on the information platform of total cost accounting management, the management process was
elaborated after analyzing the staff, software, cost and quality control. Then we found the suitable management ways of our hospital.
First, in the personnel aspects, qualification was sorted and combed according to the of the Registration Licenses Medical Apparatus
and Instruments. Secondly, for software, the best combined point of consumables requirement and clinical usage was found based on
the management soft. The third, a wireless warehouse was established with the technology way in cost aspect. Finally, in the quality
control aspects, trace management concept was introduced to ensure the hole trace. With being patient-oriented, we established the
paperless, informational and networked management mode, which achieved accurate services of the consumables management.
