Design and Implement of Whole Lifecycle Management System of Medical
Equipment Based on B/S Architecture

Abstract:Objective In order to assist the department of medical equipment for supervision, a specialized system is necessary
to design for the meticulous management of medical equipment life cycle, which includes equipment acceptance, measurement,
maintenance, retirement and data analysis. Methods The system for equipment management based on the actual demand and userfriendly
B/S architecture was developed by PHP language with a practical MySQL database for data management. Results After
design and construction for the system, a comprehensive and accurate database of equipment management was established for the
daily equipment management as well as an important analysis tool to provide evidence for decision. Conclusion The system for
the entire process of equipment management is an important tool for the department of equipment management, which can greatly
improve the management efficiency.
