目的 设计并构建一套基于医院数据平台的门诊运营监控系统，并评价其应用效果。方法 运用商业智能技术从数据 平台中生成运营监控数据，并以图形化方式进行展示。结果 实现了门诊科室挂号、接诊、预约情况，以及检查科室排队、 预约情况等门诊运营数据的实时获取和展示，并通过微信服务号推送监控告警信息。结论 应用基于医院数据平台的运营监 控系统，便于门诊管理人员掌握门诊运营状态并及时干预，消除门诊流程中的瓶颈，改善门诊服务水平。

Objective To design and construct an outpatient operation monitoring system based on hospital data platform and evaluate its application effect. Methods The business intelligence technology was used to generate operational monitoring data from the data platform, which was displayed graphically. Results The real-time acquisition and display of outpatient operation data, such as registration, receiving and appointment of outpatient department, queuing and appointment of inspection department, and monitoring alarm information were pushed through WeChat service number. Conclusion The application of the operation monitoring system based on the hospital data platform can facilitate the outpatient management personnel to grasp the outpatient operation status and timely intervene to eliminate the bottleneck in the outpatient process and improve the outpatient service level.
