为了规范医用耗材的合理使用，我院对部分医用耗材采取了降价15%的措施，统计十种医用耗材降价前后一个季度 的出库金额和出库数量，并进行数据对比分析，结果表明降价对医用耗材的用量有明显的抑制作用，但抑制程度不同。由 于医用耗材的利润空间、技术含量以及销售体系等不尽相同，降价幅度难把握，只有结合政府相关政策，才能更好的提高 医用耗材合理使用管理水平。

In order to standardize the rational use of medical consumables, our hospital had taken measures to reduce prices by 15% for some medical consumables. Statistics were made on the amount and quantity of medical consumables in one quarter before and after the reduction of ten medical consumables, and the data were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the reduction had a significant inhibitory effect on the amount of medical consumables, but the degree of inhibition was different. Because the profit space, technical content and sales system of medical consumables were not the same, it was difficult to grasp the reduction range of medical consumables. As the medical supplies’ profit space, technical content, and sales system were not the same, the price reduction range was difficult to grasp. Only in combination with relevant government policies can we improve the management level of rational use of medical consumables.
