Abstract:Objective To construct a risk control system based on the knowledge graph, and to explore its application value in the
bidding procurement of smart hospitals. Methods In March 2022, the hospital began to build and apply a risk control system based
on the knowledge graph in the bidding and procurement of smart hospitals. The indexes from March 2022 to February 2023 were
taken as the observation group and the indexes from March 2021 to February 2022 (using conventional risk control methods) were
taken as the control group. The two sets of bidding cost indicators, procurement and maintenance costs, satisfaction of survey subjects
with different risk control models were compared. Results During the observation period, each bidding amount, labor costs, office
costs, average drug procurement costs, average consumable procurement costs, average equipment procurement costs and average
equipment maintenance costs were lower than those during the control period (P<0.05), and the average procurement cycle was
shorter than that during the control period (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores and satisfaction rates of 40 survey subjects towards the
risk control mode during the observation period, which saved labor costs, office costs, procurement costs, and controlled procurement
risks were higher than those of the control period risk control mode (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of the risk control
system based on the knowledge graph in the bidding procurement of smart hospitals can control costs, reduce procurement
risks and improve satisfaction.
