Abstract:Objective To design and manufacture an isolation laminar flow bed based on deep ultraviolet disinfection, in order to meet
the clinical demand for sterile laminar flow bed. Methods The traditional laminar flow bed disinfection method was replaced by deep
ultraviolet disinfection, and was magnetic opening and closing, and the connection between the bed curtain and the top of the bed
was made of environmentally friendly PVC with acrylic adhesive, and the laminar flow effect inside the bed was tested using ANSYS
fluid simulation to exhaust from the bottom of the overall upper air intake and exhaust from the bottom of the bed. Results The sterile
laminar flow bed initially achieved the effect of isolation, the flow simulation results showed that the laminar flow effect in the bed
was good. Conclusion The isolation laminar flow bed based on deep ultraviolet disinfection can achieve the laminar flow effect well
under the condition of meeting the isolation conditions, and has better clinical application value and significance.
