Abstract：Objective To effectively reduce the frequency of medical staff entering and leaving isolation wards, reduce the risk of
cross-infection, improve the emergency management level of hospitals, and maximize the safety of patients and treatment effect in the
prevention and control of respiratory infectious diseases. Methods With the help of telemedicine technology, doctors could conduct
emergency command, consultation, examination and treatment for patients through the telemedicine system. Results Through the
telemedicine technology, the remote diagnosis and treatment between the doctor and the patient was realized, providing the medical
security for the patient. Conclusion The research shows that the application of telemedicine technology in the prevention and control
of respiratory infectious diseases protects medical staff and provides better protection for patients.
