Abstract:Objective To establish the index system to evaluate and rank each supply chain service provider to provide scientific
basis for the future cooperation with supply chain service provider. Methods The in vitro reagent supply chain service provider of
hospital was studied, adopted expert consultation method and entropy weight method, and the data were calculated and analyzed by
using Excel data processing software. Results The relatively high evaluation index was risk response capability accountied for 16%.
Followed by product quality, distribution specifications and bills qualified each accounted for 12%. Strong supply capacity accounted
for 11%. Valid qualification certificates accounted for 10%. Reasonable product prices, timely and efficient after-sales service, and
efficient communication and feedback each accounted for 9%. The order of the scores of the 4 in vitro reagent service providers was
C, A, D and B. Conclusion The entropy weight method is introduced into the calculation of the evaluation of supply chain service
providers, and the weight coefficient is calculated by the utility value of the information reflected in the data itself, which avoids the
subjective one-sidedness of weight determination in traditional expert consultation. The ranking of the research results provides a
scientific basis for the next round of in vitro reagent service provider tender selection by the hospital procurement department.
