Abstract:Objective To establish the evaluation index system of medical scrap equipment in hospital, and explore the
quantitative evaluation of scrap equipment. Methods Literature review and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were
used to classify the indexes for 4 aspects: safety, efficiency, economy and advancement. The entropy weight method was used
to weight the index, and a quantitative evaluation model of equipment scrap based on grey theory was established. Results
After two rounds of expert consultation, adjustment and improvement, an index system consisting of 4 primary indexes and 19
secondary indexes was formed. The W mean of importance and necessity was more than 0.5. Entropy weight method was used to
obtain the index weight and the 4 primary indexes: 0.3896, 0.2939, 0.1856 and 0.1309, which were basically consistent with the
qualitative evaluation. The comprehensive evaluation of the multi-indexes was realized by the analysis based on grey theory. Conclusion
Entropy weight method can avoid the artificial influences of weight calculation and make the evaluation more objective
and accurate. Index evaluation model based on grey theory effectively solves the problem of scrap equipments evaluation
with less sample size and more influence factors. It is with great practical value.
