Abstract:Objective To build the mobile health APP evaluation system of user version self-management, and improve the quality
standards of user version self-management APP. Methods The evaluation system was initially constructed through literature
review and semi-structured interview. Delphi expert consultation method was adopted to select 26 experts in clinical, education and
information fields for two rounds of expert letter consultation. And the final evaluation system was determined by analytic hierarchy
process. Results The evaluation system consisted of 4 primary indicators, 23 secondary indicators and 59 tertiary indicators. The
positive coefficients of experts in two rounds were 96.3% and 100.0%, the authority coefficients of experts in two rounds were
0.85 and 0.87, and Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.232 and 0.227. Finally, the weights of the primary indicators from high
to low were usability (0.4647), security (0.2929), information content (0.1791) and technicality (0.0634). The top five secondary
indicators were user experience (0.2060), applicability (0.1079), privacy policy (0.0984), compliance (0.0751) and accuracy (0.0679).
Conclusion The evaluation index system of mobile health APP constructed based on user version of self-management is scientific
and reasonable in this study, which can lay the foundation for further verification and application.
