Abstract:Objective To build a data center and an epidemic prevention and control platform based on epidemic prevention and
control by integrating the data of the hospital’s epidemic prevention and control related business systems to support normalized
epidemic prevention and control work. Methods For epidemic prevention and control related personnel information, diagnosis
and treatment information, displacement information, and material information, integrated the data resources of business systems
such as hospital information system, visitation system, access control system, hospital resource planning system, and formed an
epidemic prevention and control data center through data governance. The data center was to build an epidemic prevention and
control platform to support the early warning, positioning, and management of various situations before, during and after the
epidemic. Results Based on the big data platform in the hospital, relevant applications of the normalized epidemic prevention and
control platform were deployed in the outpatient department, medical department, dean’s office, and nursing department respectively,
and 4667 pieces of information on persons with abnormal health codes were released to the management department in advance, of
which the red health code was abnormal 522 pieces of personnel informationabnormal in advance to the administrative department of
health code 4667 personnel information, including information abnormal red health code 522. On December 7, 2020, the trajectory
of a suspected COVID-19 patient in the hospital was located, and the information of nearly 100 contacts of the patient in the hospital
was fed back. Conclusion By building an epidemic prevention and control platform with a unified data center, all information
resources can be integrated in a targeted manner, and a more effective means can be provided in the normalized epidemic prevention
and control.
