Abstract:Objective To use blockchain technology to solve the security problem of data sharing while protecting private data.
Methods The distributed CA authentication based on blockchain was adopted to establish an effective control mechanism from the
aspects of high-performance dynamic data desensitization, secure transmission, access path, active defense and so on. Results The
platform constructed a security guarantee mechanism for hospital data sharing interface service, which ensured that the process of
medical data sharing could be managed, audited and traceable. Conclusion The platform is suitable for the security protection of
clinical medical data sharing in various medical institutions, ensuring the security of medical data sharing and protecting private data.
