Abstract:Objective To explore the methods of establishing and maintaining the quality system for hospital medical workers since
the value of digital breast X-ray system is millions and the maintenance cost of manufacturers is high. Methods Health economics
was used to analyze the efficiency of this kind of equipment. The cloud repair system was used to count the fault types and treatment
methods of this kind of equipment. The quality control tools were used for technical acceptance, and the maintenance methods were
improved based on the maintenance data over the years. Results After the analysis, the efficiency and benefit of the equipment were
general, the faults and treatment methods of the equipment in the past seven years were analyzed and summarized, the maintenance
methods were explored while solving the faults, and the startup rate of the equipment was improved. The quality control tool was
used for the technical acceptance of the equipment. In addition to considering the safety of X-ray radiation, more attention was paid
to the image quality of the equipment. After testing, the indicators met the technical requirements. Conclusion Under the premise of
not purchasing the manufacturer or the third party maintenance service, the hospital medical workers can still learn and summarize
the maintenance experience, which can speed up the maintenance speed of the equipment, ensure the quality of the equipment, reduce
the operation cost of the equipment, and improve the satisfaction of the clinical user department.
