Abstract:To improve the emergency handling ability and self maintenance ability of the Mediland electric operating table, reduce the
use risk of the electric operating table, and better guarantee the work of the hospital, the internal and external structure of the electric
hydraulic operating table and the operation principle of the equipment were introduced in detail in this paper. Two cases of failure
occurred during the operation which were suddenly unable to work and the manual controller could not be used were analyzed, and
the equipment was restored to normal operation by replacing BD1 rectifier bridge and fuse and reconnecting the main board circuit.
It is also found in this paper that mastering the structure and function principle of the electric operating table is conducive to the rapid
maintenance of equipment faults.
