Abstract:This article describes the principle of water pressure self-check, waterway map, and self-check code of the B.BRAUN
Dialog+ hemodialysis machine. Three types of failures reported by the Dialog+ hemodialysis machine that are about to repeat the
DF (dialysate) pressure self-check, including when the DF pressure self-check entered 12350, it was observed that the PDA pressure
value slowly decreased from +380 mmHg, the PDA pressure value continued to increase from +350 mmHg, the PDA pressure value
began to decrease from +680 mmHg, and the MSBK1 value was around 20000. Through analysis and investigation, the fault was
eliminated by replacing the pump body of the ultrafiltration pump and the diaphragm of the balance chamber. This article reminds the
majority of maintenance personnel that when an error occurs in the equipment, they need to check the corresponding accessories one
by one according to the self-check code and other parameters of the maintenance window, so as to efficiently resolve the fault and
ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
