Abstract:Objective To build a risk grading model for adverse events of medical equipment in our hospital. Methods A total of 198
adverse events of medical equipment in our hospital from 2019 to 2022 were divided into two categories: high risk and low risk.
The data set of key factors such as instrument grade, reporting times, clinical function and injury risk degree were formed, and the
risk grading model of medical equipment adverse events in our hospital was constructed using the method of logical regression in
machine learning. The accuracy and prediction performance of the model were analyzed. Results A adverse event risk grading model
of medical equipment in our hospital was successfully constructed. The accuracy of the model was 92.5%, the area under the receiver
operating characteristic value was 0.936, and the KS value was 0.843. The model had good prediction performance. Conclusion The
research results establish an interpretable and actionable model for the risk level assessment of adverse events in medical equipment,
and provide a new method for the risk assessment of adverse events of medical equipment in hospitals.
