针对医疗机构在医疗设备管理工作上面临的难题，为使缺乏医学工程技术人员的医疗机构在医疗设备管理方面更加科 学合理，医疗设备质量与安全得到更有效的保障。根据我院实际情况，对医疗设备运行保障管理进行新的探索和实践，建立了 “以医疗设备科为中心，引入第三方服务团队驻院，部分大型医疗设备外包”一套全面有效的设备质量安全保障模式，推进医 疗设备管理安全化、信息化建设。经过我院与第三方团队一年多的磨合与探索，打造培养出十余支驻院服务团队，有条不紊地 参与到广西各地十余家医院进行医疗设备维保管理工作。该模式运用让医疗机构在节约资源的同时，使各层次人才技术能力得 到充分体现，科室人员紧缺问题得到有效缓解，医疗设备使用质量得到有力地保障。

Aiming at the problems encountered by medical institutions in the management of medical equipment, to make the management of medical equipment more scientific and reasonable in medical institutions lacking medical engineering and technical personnel, and make the medical equipment quality and safety more effectively guaranteed. According to the actual situation of our hospital, the equipment information management system was introduced to carry out new exploration and practice of medical equipment management. The hospital has established a comprehensive and effective moded for ensuring the quality and safety of equipment with“the medical equipment department as the center, introduction of third-party service teams, and some large-scale medical equipment outsourcing”to promote the safety and information construction of medical equipment management. After more than a year of running and exploring with our third-party team, we have trained more than ten resident service teams to participate in the medical equipment maintenance management in more than ten hospitals across Guangxi. The application of this model allows medical institutions to fully reflect the technical capabilities of talents at all levels while conserving resources. The shortage of personnel in the department has been effectively alleviated, and the quality of medical equipment has been effectively guaranteed.
